Peanut butter and chocolate cookies
The easiest way to avoid fussy chocolate problems is to make recipes that use cocoa powder. I am equally obsessed with peanut butter and nutella so this is basically my fantasy spread. I imagine it would also be delicious made with almonds. I used 50% less salt roasted peanuts from Trader Joe’s and the saltiness was perfect, so if yours are unsalted, add a pinch or two.
